Back to Blogging


I wanted a place to document my food journal as well as keep things a bit more intimate, post recipes that may or may not use THM approved sweeteners and ingredients.

I do follow THM quite closely, however many of my family members refuse to use or are allergic to stevia. 
Monk fruit extract is an approved sweetener for THM however the cost is prohibitive of being on a strict budget.

One thing I have found is that I can still lose weight using splenda and following THM. So if that is where you are then please consider checking this page for recipes that will work on plan using that sweetener.
